FULFIL bars contain at least 20% of the DV of eight different vitamins. These are: Thiamine (vitamin B1), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Niacin (vitamin B3), Vitamin B6, VitaminB12, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E.

No. FULFIL bars all contain milk protein and bovine collagen/gelatin so they are not suitable for vegan diets.
All FULFIL bars contain soy and milk. Dependent on the flavor, some bars contain peanuts.
Net Carbs represent the number of digestible carbohydrates that will impact your blood sugar. Each FULFIL bar has 3g or less net carbs.
We calculate Net Carbs by subtracting Fiber, Sugar Alcohols and Vegetable Glycerin from Total Carbohydrates.
